IPOSUP App allows you to accept card payments via your IPOS pad terminal. All you need to do is download IPOSUP app, register your details, Bluetooth connect to the IPOS pad and then you can start accepting payments. With our low cost IPOS pad terminal, you can afford to have multiple devices for staff.

IPOS pad is a Mobile Point-Of-Sale (MPOS) PINPAD card reader terminal which gives multiple users the ability to securely do business with ease and flexibility without high transaction fees and binding contracts. IPOS pad is an easy-to-use device giving you and the customer more convenience.
1.3% OR LESS TRANSACTION FEE
The only fee incurred when using IPOS pad is a 1.3% or less transaction fee on all card payments.
MULTIPLE PAYMENTS ACCEPTED
IPOS pad accepts chip-and-PIN and contactless card payments from ‘Visa/Mastercard’, and also processes ‘Cash’ payments.
NO BINDING CONTRACT
There are no binding contract when using IPOS pad so you can use it when you like. You have the flexibility to change between IPOS soft, IPOS bric and IPOS pad with ease.
MULTIPLE USERS
You can create as many Primary and Secondary Users, one per staff member. Each account is protected by their unique SWIMTM ID.
IPOS PAD TERMINALS CAN BE SHARED
You can share a IPOS pad terminal between all your staff. In fact your friend’s merchant business can also use your IPOS pad.
TRANSACTION SECURITY
Primary Users can perform ‘Sale’, ‘Refund’ and ‘Void’ transactions, whereas Secondary Users can only perform ‘Sale’.
How to connect IPOS pad terminal via Bluetooth
Connecting your IPOS pad is simple and only needs to be done once.
1. Press the Power Button on the top right to turn the IPOS pad on.
2. ‘Enter Pairing Mode’ by pressing quickly the RED, YELLOW and then the GREEN buttons in sequence on the IPOS pad terminal. Press OK (GREEN) button.
3. On your Android smartphone, go to ‘Settings’ and then to ‘Connections’. Select ‘Bluetooth’ and then select the ‘IPOS pad device ID’ in the ‘Available devices’ list by pressing on this ‘IPOS pad ID number’.
4. Confirm ‘OK’ to pair your IPOS pad with your mobile device.
5. Start your IPOSUP App, select ‘IPOS’, enter your SWIMTM ID PIN and then select the card terminal from the list of available paired terminals.

Merchant PINPAD Mobile Point-Of-Sale with IPOS pad
1. You must login using your SWIMTM ID PIN to your IPOSUP app IPOS function on your smartphone and then enter the payment amount.
2. Your customer ‘taps’ their card on the “IPOS pad” card terminal or ‘inserts’ the card into the ‘IPOS pad’ chip and PIN reader.
3. Your customer enters the card PIN on your merchant IPOS pad PINPAD.
4. The purchase is approved in a few seconds!
How to get started
INSTALL IPOSUP APP
Go to Google Play Store on your Android smartphone or tablet and search for “IPOSUP” in the Play Store search bar. Download and install the IPOSUP App.
SELF-REGISTER
You will need your Passport or National ID Card, Driving Licence and your most recent Bank Statement. During the registration process the app will ask you to photograph these ID documents.
FREE IPOS PAD CARD TERMINAL
You can purchase the IPOS bric or pad within the IPOSUP app for £19 + VAT (currently FREE if you register). Once you have received the IPOS pad you will need to pair it to your smartphone.
