Staff Settlement Account (SSA)

The Staff Settlement Account (SSA) is a unique benefit in the HCE Wallet App.  These accounts are personal Digital Wallets for staff to receive their tips or other extra funds (such as reimbursements of expenses or bonuses). The staff member has full control of their personal wallet and can withdraw or send the funds at anytime to anyone. The timeline shows how a transaction with a tip is made through IPOSUP.

The Staff Settlement Account (SSA) can be found in your HCE Wallet.
PERSONAL ECASH ACCOUNTS

Your staffs’ reimbursements and tips funds are stored in GBP or EURO currency within the HCE Wallet.

TIPS IN YOUR PERSONAL ECASH WALLET

When a customer pays by card and includes a tip, the sale and tip amounts are split into the MSA and SSA respectively.

WITHDRAW FUNDS TO YOUR BANK ACCOUNT ANY TIME

You have the ability to withdraw your Ecash funds from your personal Ecash account at any time into your registered bank account.

PERSONAL ACCOUNTS UPDATED EVERY HOUR

Much like the Merchant Settlement Account (MSA), funds can be viewed within the SSA within the hour.
