SWIMTM ID is your personal, secure DIgital Identity. Completely unique to IPOSUP, SWIMTM ID allowes you to safely and securely sell or buy goods and services. Your Digital Identity has a secure 2-Factor Authentication security measure so financial transactions, statements, personal information and funds are always safe.

You can access your SWIMTM ID appicaltion from your IPOSUP App. Your IPOSUP App is your simple way of opening IPOS, HCE Wallet or SWIMTM ID. Once you have clicked SWIMTM ID you will be prompted to select your user and asked to type in your SWIMTM ID PIN.
2. ACCESS THE HOMEPAGE
Your SWIMTM ID Homepage is your access point to your Digital Identity with IPOSUP. From here you can access your KYC (Know Your Customer) and personal details.

Your SWIMTM ID sidebar has everything you need in for your Digital Identity with IPOSUP.
Your Account: Shows your KYC & Personal Details
Services: Shows you what services yor SWIMTM ID is involved with
View: Shows you the statements of transactions made by this ID
Certificates: Shows you your personal Digital Identity Certificate.
4. VIEWING YOUR KYC DETAILS
Your KYC (Know Your Customer) details is the information you provide when first registering with IPOSUP. In your KYC details you will be able to see what you submitted when first using IPOSUP: Bank Details Passport Driving Licence Bank Statement Selfie
5. VIEWING YOUR PERSONAL USER DETAILS
Much like your KYC information your personal details are the ones you entered when you first registered. Your registered date of birth, email, mobile and MCC code as well as your SWIMTM ID can be found here.
Click on the three vertical dots on the top right of your screen to have the ability to change your SWIM PIN. Your SWIM PIN can be 4-8 digits and is your private code to log into your IPOSUP apps.
